What do you think?

I’m looking at this 2020 4 runner, 82k miles for $34k. Overall the body is pretty good shape besides cosmetic scratches and stuff touched up. The inside doors have bad scratches assuming the owner had a dog possibly. Would you think this price is reasonable? Ik this is lower than any I’ve seen but would I be reasonable for me to counter offer because of the scratches. What would you guys do

Volvo xc-40 problems

Hey guys, I have a Volvo xc-40 t5 momentum I need to take in for a few things. My heated steering wheel won’t work, the button will turn on but it won’t get hot.
As well as popping when steering, specifically when it’s hot out… Ik how odd it sounds. It doesn’t happen all the time, it stopped in the winter but come summer it came back. I’m not sure if any of this will be covered under warranty but if you have any ideas what it could be?
