Help Me Narrow! Large Group is 16 in October

Edit: Large Group *of* 16 in October

Hi there! For my 40th birthday, a group of 8 couples (16 people) are heading to Napa in October. We have received recommendations from a Napa local and made calls to determine whether each can accommodate a large group and to get pricing. All can accommodate us and are in budget. Now the problem is CHOOSING! Please help me identify the best way to narrow this into a streamlined itinerary, with no more than 3 wineries per day for the three full days we have (Friday to Sunday). We are staying in downtown Napa and plan to rent a bus each day for transport.

Points to consider:
- we have one confirmed booking at Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars at 12pm on Saturday.

- I would like to do a wine blending experience and have been looking at Round Pond Estate for this, but welcome other suggestions.

- we plan to take one evening off to do a cooking class at our accommodations

- I’d like to plan a morning bike ride (or maybe hot air balloon) one morning

Wineries we have priced and confirmed capacity:
- Alpha Omega
- Smith Devereaux
- Orin Swift
- Silver Oak
- Frank Family
- Chandon
- Cakebread
- Anomaly
- Pine Ridge
- Chappellet
- B Wise
- Quixote
- Clos du Val
- B-Cellars
- Darioush
- Inglenook
- Domaine Carneros
- Mumm
- Frog’s Leap
- Chateau Montelena
- Schramsberg

Even just helping us take some out of the running would be a huge help! I’m so overwhelmed!
