For this slitlamp, how would you interpret the beam slitwidth dial? Like how do I measure 1mm, or 0.5mm etc using the measurement system on the dial?

Had some roofers come and they left lots of nails around the back yard
There are now lots of nails laying around the back yard and i’m worried about my dog. Any advice on how to get all of the nails? Am I ridiculous to rent an industrial magnet?

Life Insurance- Can someone explain?
Broker suggesting 1M of term abd 1M of permanent life insurance.
I am just questioning the permanent, as the monthly premiums are extremely high. They say I would be seeing a return of 10.5% on permanent life insurance- seems too good to be true. Does anyone have any thoughts/explanation?
