I applied for Premium Processing on May 18, and USCIS started my premium processing clock on May 19.

Based on my calculation, the 30-business-day deadline ended on July 1, but I didn't receive the Approval Case Decision Rendered update until July 3.

Does this make me eligible for an automatic Premium Processing fee refund. If I don't receive a refund automatically, how long should I wait before contacting USCIS to request one?

My current roommate is not renewing his lease, so we're looking for someone to take over his room at Coliseum Lofts.

Lease Details:

• 📍 Coliseum Lofts (1363 W broad St)
• 🗓️ Official lease term: August 13, 2026 – August 12, 2027
• 📦 My roommate expects to move out by late July, so the room may be available as early as August 1.
• 💰 Total rent for the apartment is $1,181/month, so your share would be about $590/month.
• 💡 Rent includes all utilities. I currently pay an additional $25/month for internet,
• 🚗 Parking is available for an additional fee if you have a car.
• 🛁 The room comes with its own private attached bathroom.

I'm a young professional male working as a Tax Accountant. I work from the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and work remotely the other days. I'm clean, respectful, and easygoing.
