I have contemplating this idea of starting a commercial cleaning business in 2026. However a thought that keeps bothering me is the over saturated marketed. Almost all commercial premises would already have a cleaning company that does this for them.
So what would be the point? Wouldn’t it be incredible difficult to break into? Is there anyone who can advise?
I am thinking of creating a YouTube channel that is animated. So the way it works is that you would have a character and its movement will be motion captured. The character can move head and talk. So it would be sitting and talking so like a commentary channel, the other clips in the video would be images and small animated clips.
The animation won’t be ai, its actual animation created using 2D cartoon software and motion capture, the images would be ai.
I have heard that ai channels don’t get monetised. Will type of channel get monetised? Has anyone used ai and successfully monetised please guide.

For the last 6-8 months I’ve been trying to go down the entrepreneur route. I started with a blank slate, the only goal was to solve a problem worth solving. So find a solution for which a lot of people will pay you for.
But ever since I’ve struggled so much, every time I come up with something it turns out it already exists and someone has done it better. I’ve also found that the bigger problems that haven’t been solved either require immense investment capital or have a lot of regulatory hurdles.
It also feels like it’s much more difficult to come up with something nowadays as every space is saturated as opposed to 20-25 years ago.
I just want to know from successful entrepreneurs, how on earth did you get that first break through? Do I need to take a different angle?
