Bangalore ka mausam aur mere flatmate, kabhi bhi badal skte hain!

My dear flatmate is vacating and I am on the hunt again for find a flatmate.

About the room -

Picture mein chota lagta hai but itna chota hai nahi.

Washroom dedicated hai but attached hai nahi.

Flat ka sabse chota room hai but historically usme rehne waale sabse ameer hote hain.

Rent : 24670 (Maintenance chipka kar)

Deposit : 67K (Pura wapas milega)

Setup : 15K (Fridge, washing machine, oven, aur baaki kitchen setup ka contri)

Furniture optional : 20K

(Bed, mattress, table, chair)

About our lovely flat -

Kaafi spacious 3.5Bhk in Krishvi Dhavala, near ETV, Eco world, Bellandur..

Khatarnak hawa chalti hai din bhar, sunset dekh kar rent 2X vasool ho jata hai.. Sach bol raha hun, roz story daloge.. pictures mein dekh lo jhut lage toh bhai.

Aur humara cook - bohot gazab khana banata hai. Bellandur masterchef winner hai bhai.

About the society -

Amenities ka full buffet:

Gym : jo mai ab bhi use nahi karta kyuki Cult ka yearly scam abhi khatam nahi hua

Swimming pool : gehra nahi hai, doobne ka option nahi hai, tension free raho

Steam room : society ka MVP, details mein jaayenge to post 18+ ho jayegi

Library : peaceful hai, agar padhne ka shauk hai (ya bas photos ke liye)

Badminton court, TT table, walking area, matlab sab hai, bus aapki kami hai..

Thoda mere baare mein -

Bohot hi chill banda hun, have so many hobbies, a CA in fintech and also a founder. Party, mauj masti ya workout k liye always one text away, call ki bhi jarwat nahi.

Rate my Lasagna & view 😭

Mom gifted me an air fryer last month. And yesterday I made lasagna from scratch and honestly?

Best evening I've had in weeks.

M30, cooking is one of my many hobbies, and I'm convinced it's the most underrated life skill. No Swiggy, no waiting, no ₹400 for mediocre pasta. Just me, cheese, and absolute freedom and a beautiful sunset..

I live near Bellandur and don't enjoy most of the food joints nearby and so I make most things I like myself.

My honest recommendation to lovely people here - I understand not everyone enjoys cooking and it's absolutely fine. Just knowing it gives immense sense of freedom and makes you independent in a way.

Even I keep a cook for myself but love to cook whenever I can whatever I want ❤️
