Union vs. Non Union

I'm considered non Union part time Permanent Sub Custodian for a school.

Only person that represents me is the Supervisor over Maintenance/Custodial. And i think he hates me. I also think the supervisor is buddy buddy with this bad Custodian that gets away with everything.

So I'm not represented by the Union. But there's this Union Custodian that gets away with everything. Ive proven he does bad things and doesn't do his job. Even video and photo evidence.

Any advice ?

I'm a huge movie and show buff !

I own over 100+ Movie DVDs and shows.

I love collecting them.

With streaming, it's so easy to get almost any movie or show you want

Need help! Could you give me ideas on the next movies and/or shows I should try watching.

I'm into almost every genre. Action, family, RomCom, comedy, horror.....

Gore is the only exception I may not watch.
