Hiii so I don’t know if this is the right subreddit to ask about my liver medication. I don’t have any liver disease or anything… but I need to improve my gut and liver health because of my vitiligo.

I have problem in swallowing capsules and pills and I have been told that syrup/ liquid meds won’t work because of my age and weight…

Capsule name: Amlycure D.S (AIMIL)
Pill name: livamil (AIMIL)
(I couldn’t upload a photo of the pills)

I was wondering if I could crush the pills and then take it with water and for the capsules (it has powder inside it), if I could just open the capsule and then dissolve the powder in it… would it be safe? Like I know it could slow the healing(?) process down but I can’t really swallow pills/ capsules so this is my only way.

Hiii!!! Does any one have a list of supplies which we will need for semester 3 fashion design (2 year AAS)?

I know that the professors would send out the list but I really need to buy the supplies a little ahead of time cuz I need to pack too.
