I visited the IWC Boutique in Short Hills, NJ yesterday and was informed that the white/silver Mark XX will no longer be offered on bracelet.
Has anyone else heard this or know the reason why?
My wife is purchasing me a watch to celebrate a big milestone and I’m forever grateful to her generosity. She was set on picking up an IWC, either a Mark XX or Portugieser, but has been a little dismayed by the amount of negative feedback over accuracy and issues with servicing QC. I find the watches beautiful but I don’t want to send them back 2-3 times to fix a simple issue.
I fully understand that these are anecdotal stories but has anyone had an overwhelming positive experience when dealing with IWC/Richemont or should I just pick up a GS Snowflake instead?
