Is 1,000-1,500 grafts a good estimate?

Quoted for 1,000-1,500 grafts by HMR. Is that sufficient? Do I even need it?

I know my situation could be worse but I miss being able to grow out my hair without the front being wispy.

I am relatively stable on dut and oral minoxidil. Pattern baldness runs in the family though, so I do expect to need a second transplant at some point.

What to do if Client Spends Probate Estate Funds

Let’s just say, hypothetically, that I have a friend who took on an indigent client to assist in the probate of client’s parent’s estate.

Client sells parent’s home, the sole probate asset, and friend made the mistake of not establishing a restricted account in which to deposit and hold the home sale proceeds.

A couple of months pass by, and client (who has a history of felonious behavior and an even longer history of failing to appear at court dates) is no longer reachable by any means, and seems to be screening friend’s phone calls.

What ought friend to do? Friend is invested to the tune of ~3.5k in legal fees and costs. Annual accounting deadline is not coming up for several more months, if that makes any difference. It is highly likely based on client’s history that all or nearly all of the estate funds have been spent, or else that client is hoping friend will disappear and forget about this entirely, leaving client to enjoy their un-earned bounty.

Is there any way for friend to recover for their work that does not involve a breach of client confidentiality? Does it make any difference if friend does not know for certain but highly suspects that estate funds have been spent?

Thanks, from friend, in advance.

Is My Neck Pain Normal?

Throughout my life, ever since I was a little kid, I’ve occasionally had debilitating neck pain that will randomly come on from sleeping in an odd position, or now as an adult, more often during periods of intense stress.

At least once, the onset of pain has been associated with an audible “click” in my neck/upper spine area. It is fairly debilitating and makes me feel as if it’s a strain to stand and to keep my neck straight. It is painful and stiff to turn my neck in one direction (seems to alternate from side to side but most commonly on my left side). That pain and stiffness doesn’t seem to alleviate with stretching, heat, cold, or massage. It generally lasts 2-3 days but as I have gotten older it seems to occasionally last nearly a full week before gradually resolving.

I did have a spine X-ray back in 2019 that showed no issues. Never had any other imaging done. No health insurance, sadly, so limited ability to get this checked out.

Normal or am I dying? thanks
