Turned in 2023 Wrangler 4XE for recall. Jeep bricked and now they say it’s not related
Took my jeep in for them to do the battery/charging system updates. They said it was good, picked it up parked in my garage, tried to turn it back on in the morning and am now getting the “SERVICE CHARGING SYSTEM” and won’t turn on.
Jeep care says it’s unrelated to the recall as there is no recall (it was cleared at the dealer)
I’ll have to pay for towing and rental. Is there anything I can do about this? Should I try multiple reps or is this just expected
