TE Progress!

Hi! I've been lurking on this sub since January however this is my first post
I got diagnosed with TE in January of this year after a traumatic event. I was losing hair every second of the day, I had thick curly hair and lost about 50% of it, or maybe even 70% of it. I was waking up surrounded by hair that had fallen out, brushing out handfuls of hair, showering and losing clumps.. it was horrible. However, it's now May, and I started forgetting I had stress induced hair-loss in March - which is all due to the fact I took immediate action. I began taking Ashwagandha everyday, as well as Centrum Multi + Beauty vitamins. In the shower, I used Dercos Fortifying shampoo for hair loss, as well as Viviscal Thickening Shampoo (with Biotin and Keratin). Just a reminder that it does get better, and that the hair WILL grow back. The more you stress about it falling out, the worse it gets, just have faith in yourself and your body

2 injured birds 1 dead

I was by my local community centres (Ontario, GTA) entrance, when i looked down and noticed a box of birds. They appear to be young birds, however they weren't able to move much and their necks appeared to be broken, much of their feathers were scattered around and they were consistently chirping. I reached out to multiple rehabs however they're closed for the long weekend, any advice on how to help them? I gave them a bottle cap with water and a few pieces of watermelon

Sherwood District Park Cricket Field

Hi everybody! I was wondering if anyone knows if there's a schedule as to when Cricket games are happening at the field - every time I've gone by the field to relax this week, there's been a game going on. It's a beautiful spot with an amazing view of the escarpment, so I love going there whenever it's empty : )

I was walking down Savoline road near Harkin street at about 7 30pm this night when my friend and I noticed a raccoon walking around in circles with its tail cut off at the base.. it tried approaching us multiple times.. has anyone seen this before? We tried calling an animal rescue but all places had us on hold for 10 mins
