Xiaomi 17 Battery Health dropped to 99% after 102 cycles (4 months) Is this normal?

Hey everyone,

I bought my Xiaomi 17 (12+512GB Indian variant) back in April. Today I checked the battery protection stats, and the health just dropped to 99% after exactly 102 charging cycles (around 4 months of daily usage).

For context, I have the "Intelligent charging" feature turned on and generally take good care of the battery.

Is a 1% drop right around the 100-cycle mark normal for this device/HyperOS? How is the battery health holding up for other Xiaomi 17 users here?

Let me know your cycle counts!

A 7-Year Loyal User’s Honest Feedback on Xiaomi 17 – 🫠

Hello Mi Fans and Xiaomi Team,

I have been a loyal part of the Xiaomi family since 2019, using the iconic Redmi Note 8 Pro (Gamma Green💚) for nearly 7 years. Because of that incredible journey and my trust in the brand, I decided to take a major leap and invest in their ultimate flagship—the Xiaomi 17 (Venture Green💚)

There is no doubt that this device is an absolute beast. The performance, design, and display are top-tier.

However, one major issue is completely ruining my flagship experience

the pre-installed Google Dialer :(

When a consumer spends ₹90,000💰 on a premium flagship device, they expect a customized, premium software experience.

The Google Dialer feels out of place and strips away features that native MiUI/HyperOS dialers gracefully provided

At this price point, we should at least have the option to choose. 📌

I request the Xiaomi India team to look into this and provide an official way to switch to the native Mi Dialer for Indian variants.
