New move with a ACD

Hi all! I’m a new poster on here but always loving to see all of your cute ACDs. I just recently went through a long term relationship break up 4 months ago, moved to a different state, and my sweet Lily (blue heeler) is having a hard time with the transition. It’s been only a week and a half, but she developed some separation anxiety I’ve never seen her have before. We are now living in a condo and have asked my neighbors to please keep me in the loop any time I step out as I want to correct her whining or barking.
I’m posting on here in hopes that someone has experienced something like this with big life changes and your dog taking some time to adjust. Please tell me it won’t be like this forever because I have been so so stressed and feel like I can’t leave the house/ have to put them in daycare for the sake of her not barking. I’ve been slowly able to get out of the house for about an hour, but I’m starting work (4 hours, 5 days a week) pretty soon and just need some reassurance all will be okay! Thanks yall!
*also I may add, I live in a very rural town in the mountains- they get plenty of outside and active time such as swimming, backpacking, hiking, running, so she’s not just stuck in a condo*
