Hi everyone! I’ll be relocating to Quezon City for work and any recoe on where to live around the Tomas Morato area.

I’ve decided not to go for a high-rise condo anymore. I’m more interested in low-rise condos or apartments with good security since I’ll be living alone and I’m not familiar with the area yet.
My priorities are:
● Safe and secure (24/7 security would be ideal)
● Walking distance or a short commute to Tomas Morato
● Quiet and well-maintained
● Budget-friendly if possible
If you have any recommendations for specific buildings or neighborhoods, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
