Pop the popcorn, the $h!t show that is Sean Sullivan’s B&T USA continues. Mr. Embezzlement himself, u/bt-usa has been hit hard since my last update.

Where to start! **SilencerShop has canceled all open orders**, with Sean reportedly FUMING over losing their single largest customer. Other distributors are rumored to follow suit, as no one wants to deal with the Toxic Titanic captained by Mr. Sullivan, (perhaps) soon to be resident of a federal penitentiary. For Sean’s “give me evidence” crowd – feel free to email them and try to backorder something!

His “85 employees” must include the lawyers he is (not) paying for more frivolous lawsuits, or perhaps the **rumored Chinese vendors** he is using for his upcoming mold orders, **almost CERTAINLY an ITAR and Arms Embargo violation**, if accurate (and a ticket to Club Fed!). What we do know is that both he and Boss Barista/CEO Ridley have spent significant time in Asia in the last month and a half. Does anyone have contacts in the DOJ? Perhaps they might like to ask Sean, a (rumored) former/fired NSA Analyst why he is (potentially) providing defense articles to China...

Those 85 B&T USA employees are really far less than half that number, and rapidly declining, as key members of the team leave the sinking ship. Customer Service, Sales, Production…all going. For Sean’s evidence crowd, check out u/Chris_BTUSA profile stating “I have resigned from B&T USA LLC, this account is no longer monitored.”** Losing a Director of Sales and a key distributor in short order must hurt.

Sean has admitted to cloning Swiss guns, with the first of his clones having hit the market. Now sold out of 9mm magazines, with no more coming from the Swiss, Sean is planning to use KCI mags for guns going forward. Seems like this “Sean Sullivan” special meme was prophetic.

Unfortunately, the previous contacts I posted Danette (danetter@bt-usa.com or 813-653-1200 ext 1021) and Sam (samc@bt-usa.com or 813-653-1200 ext 1014) are now aligned with Sean and are reported to be actively stringing customers along, following Sean’s tactics which I previously highlighted. Chargeback and demand your gun back – the only options left, though it is increasingly unlikely that you will get a response. You can also contact them to voice your displeasure at their antics.

Sean has a very high opinion of himself, and after callously stealing over $15M from the Swiss (per their lawsuit) and over $1M from B&T Parts customers (embezzlement link from above), he is VERY upset with the people he defrauded saying bad things about him on the internet. Since he has such thin skin, you can personally live rent free in his head with little effort. r/BT_USA seems to have appeared as a repository for entertaining memes.** Sean may threaten to sue you, but that will be hard for him when he fails to pay those mounting legal bills. TL;DR: B&T AG (the Swiss parent) has provided proof that Sean Sullivan purposely defrauded the Malaysian government of and subsequently embezzled $1.8 million, doing a wire transfer to his personal account. Additionally, he took over $1 million of orders through B&T Parts for product not in stock which he has no intention of or ability to fill. If you have an open, unfilled order from B&T parts, do a chargeback NOW. If you have a warranty gun at B&T, demand they return it NOW.

B&T USA has accrued and defaulted on over $15 million in debt which remains unpaid; has lost the ability to purchase new firearms, parts, or product from its main supplier; is unable to fulfill orders from customers; and is at risk of significant financial instability and further embezzlement in addition to the approximately $1.8 million that Cloverleaf recently diverted to a personal account for [Sean] Sullivan.” – statement of Namada Enterprises (owned by Swiss parent B&T AG) in the complaint.

Beginning of longer post:

I have previously posted accurate information warning of the B&T USA due to the actions of owner Sean Sullivan, with the goal of helping everyone with money at risk. People have fairly asked about sources, which I have not been able to provide to protect them – now there is proof.

Sean now out of the country (perhaps fleeing prosecution? Time will tell). He is the one posting from u/bt-usa account, doing so at all hours of the night while taking personal offense to posts challenging him. He has called my information inaccurate and “fake” while simultaneously obscuring and delaying, trying to keep his Ponzi scheme going as long as possible. DO NOT fall for his lies.

The critical things you need to know:

B&T USA at Sean’s direction is NOT granting any refunds on B&T Parts orders. Sean collected over $1 million of YOUR money and will not/is unable to return it. Sean directed his customer service team to lie (contributing to them quitting in protest) and is now personally responding, purposely stalling as documented by multiple Reddit users, best described HERE and also documented HERE, HERE, and many more across multiple threads.

B&T USA lacks the parts to make new guns or do warranty repair on guns. Also included, that B&T customer service quit en masse this previous Friday. Sean is trying to direct people to an email that there are no dedicated employees to monitor and users have repeatedly not received a response from for months. Sean has responded to certain Reddit users who have inquired about their orders, warranty repairs, or send them a shipping label for their firearms. He spent the last several days sending emails himself from the service email to issue these, trying to make it look like they are still staffed. He repeatedly claims things are just “a few weeks out.”

DO NOT SEND ANYTHING IN, and get back what you have. A RMA number or shipping label is another stall tactic. Anyone with a gun there needs to demand it back ASAP. It may already be too late to recover it. B&T AG has already publicly stated that they are forming a new US entity, and will service firearm warranty issues for the guns they have produced. It is far better to hold your gun for that than risk never seeing it again with Sean Sullivan’s B&T USA collapse. Tagging u/Current_Somewhere_51 because of his recent thread. From the complaint, and supporting the lack of parts and ability to build guns:

“B&T USA’s outstanding and overdue debt in excess of $15 million resulted in the inability of B&T USA to continue to purchase firearms and parts from B&T AG.”

“B&T USA did not have the parts or optics to actually produce or sell the firearms purchased and intended for the Malaysian government” – sworn statement of 33% owner Peter Penzell

Now that Sean as exhausted his parts supply, the ONLY thing he is able to do is print suppressors. He has increased the print speed to produce more units, resulting in the terrible surface finish of the suppressors currently going out, as he admits.

Sean has lied and defamed B&T AG, claiming the Swiss are at fault for his failure. Hilariously, he falsely claimed that the Swiss were using MIM parts purchased from China. This is demonstrably false, as videos of the Swiss operation show, and influencers like James Reeves u/Preauxmetheus have seen in person. In reality, the parts resulting in QC issues were not Swiss produced, but made by Sean. The move to Utah was due to compliance issues on the Tampa license (Sean may have recently surrendered a Tampa FFL, but this is not verified), and he picked Utah because he wanted to ski. Sean did not inform the Swiss of the move ahead of time. Every desperate thing that Sean is posting to deflect blame is an outright lie.

Ultimately, it is Karl’s name on the company and guns, and he will stand by that. Sean has revealed himself as a liar and thief. If you have anything with B&T USA, get it back now! If you are shopping for B&T firearms from independent dealers, know that Karl will back his product and have a new entity established to do this, plus supply firearms, in the near future. The dealers are also impacted and facing slow sales due to Sean’s criminality, for no fault of their own.

You can also try calling Sam (813-653-1200 ext 1014), Yvonne (813-653-1200 ext 1001) or Danette (813-653-1200 ext 1021) and leaving a voicemail for them, but I am not sure you will get a response. TL;DR: B&T has no more parts for new guns or warranty work, everything coming out is blemished and customer service has quit.

In Sean's desperate attempt to float his failing Ponzi scheme a little longer, he has now EXHAUSTED the supply of receivers and parts to build out new guns. He is reportedly sweating hard as he CANNOT FULFILL any of his upcoming contract obligations. As a reminder, B&T Swiss cut him off after over $15M in accrued, unpaid bills while Sean diverted money elsewhere.

Anything that has shipped recently has been blemished or non-functional, which Sean is counting on the lead time for people getting and shooting them to discover, which he can then stall on warranty. There is a growing stockpile of warranty guns that they lack the parts to fix, with some having been there several months. If you have a gun there, GET IT BACK ASAP. The new B&T AG entity plans to warranty the guns - better to have the gun in hand and wait rather than it get lost in the B&T collapse.

As more and more employees leave the sinking ship including all of customer service, and Sean has conveniently left the country, time is running out to be made whole. Reminder that as posted in a previous update and confirmed by other commenters, Sean is not giving any more refunds for guns or parts ordered directly from B&T through their B&T parts website, your only option is a chargeback.

The few remaining employees handling customer contacts are Yvonne (ypado@bt-usa.com), Danette (danetter@bt-usa.com) and Sam (ar@bt-usa.com). The service email that Sean tries to push people to NO LONGER has any dedicated customer service employees to monitor it. Yvonne, Danette, and Sam are your best hope of getting a response.
