Removal Question

Question for lash techs. If you do an extension removal on a client what does the process look like? I had a removal today and my lids feel like they are sunburned. My lids weren’t wiped off or cleaned after the lashes were removed. Is this normal? Finding a new lash artist has been a frustrating experience so far.

Finding new lash artist

Sorry this post got so long!

I’ve been getting lash extensions for four years from my lash girly. The first person I went to was a terrible experience and I was lucky to find my person. I absolutely adore her but she is starting a business with her husband. Yay for her but I’m a little sad. I have talked with two estheticians who have lash services. One uses faux mink extensions. Smaller salon chill atmosphere. Lash suite very clean. Good photos of clients. Does not work on foreign lashes but I understand since different products. Second one uses synthetic ones like my last person. Very busy loud salon but lash suite is a little separate. She was also very clean. Good photos of clients and will fill in what I have already. I felt a bit overstimulated from the noise. Is there a difference between the two extension varieties? My girly is out of the country but she said no mink extensions but is faux mink the same? She gave me my lash map to help whoever I see next but it’s so confusing. I get a volume set. .05 D curl. As you can tell I am not a fan for change! Thanks for any advice.
