I was quoted $5000 to move this plumbing assembly two feet to the left. Im in Vancouver, am I getting ripped off?

I am looking to install an aftermarket android head unit in my 2016 ford transit and I want to keep the OEM backup camera functionality. However, I’ve noticed that for the 2015-2019 models, the camera retention harnesses don’t come with a 12-6v step down converter. Is this because the OEM back up camera is 12v or am I missing something? Thank you!!
