How long is to long?
So I started this brew Saturday night and immediately forgot about it. It is Wednesday afternoon. Too long to drink? Anyone ever tried it this long?

I like Ethiopian coffee now.
This hobby has been a real journey. My palate might have changed or I’ve gotten better at this or my gear is better or the coffee is better, or probably a little of everything. I used to think I didn’t like Ethiopian coffee but this one is really good. Too bad they’re sold out of it currently or I would buy another one.

Sr540 or Sr800
I have always seen the main reason to get the 800 instead of the 540 is that it can roast more coffee. I am the only coffee drinker in my household and don’t roast that much at a time. Would the 800 still be worth it over the 540?
Additionally, I have been using a poppo machine from sweet Maria, but I seem to over roast the beans easily and often. I am wanting to move to the 540 specifically, to solve this problem. Is that a reasonable expectation?
