July 2025 I had my AMH done and it was 15.7pmol/L on CD29. I had 3 unsuccessful IUIs and am now moving to IVF (July 2026), therefore had a repeat AMH done and it was 6.9pmol/L on CD16. For reference I am 28 years old, healthy and no known fertility issues (only doing IUI/IVF due to choosing SMBC route).
Anyone else have their AMH drop significantly in 12 months? Did they do any further tests? Or why else would this happen?
I (28F) have had 3 unsuccessful IUI cycles with frozen donor sperm. I have a consult with my RE in July to discuss next steps (IVF). What are some questions you wish you asked/learned after the fact? I want to be as prepared as possible. Thanks!
Was on Letrozole 5mg CD 3-7. US on CD 11 showed leading follicle was 14mm. Had a follow up scan today CD 14 and the leading follicle is still 13/14mm. Has anyone had this and still be able to go forward with IUI? I’m going back for another US on CD 18 unless I get a positive on an OPK prior to that.
