Ghost Devices

In 2022 I had ADT installed on all doors and windows, including cameras and the smoke detectors. I used a wall panel and the ADT Control app. Everything was synced to my Google Home account. I was the only operator of the system and apps.

In 2025 I moved. I brought along what I could and had it reinstalled fine. These products are not any issue. I have a cylinder thing for ADT+ and all new window and door sensors, alongside cameras. I did not set up a new Google Home when I moved because I have so many products. Instead we kept the same wifi info and called it a day. Everything transferred fine.

However, the previous products didn't disappear when we unlinked ADT Control from Google Home. It says I don't have permission to disconnect the two systems. I can't access the ADT Control app anymore because the account is turned off through ADT. Like I cannot log in at all. So I can't even pretend and then unlink. As a result I have about 30 ghost devices on my current system that can't be deleted, unlinked, or moved to a ghost home.

Any ideas on how to remove them? It's not horribly inconvenient, just unsightly in my app and displays. Very cluttered.

Resources for Under 50 Readings

I feel like this is really stupid but hear me out.

I have hypoglycemia as a result of my gastric bypass. Not reactive though. My normal range is 40-60. I don't ever feel lightheaded or nauseous within that range. It's my "hey I feel good today" range. Very very rarely do I ever feel that drunk feeling that comes with a low. I have to be REALLY low. If I ever hit 100, I'm way too high. I'm sweating, spinning, and have to go to sleep. I'm on acarbose and Zepbound to manage spikes and pitfalls. It works really well for me. I've been doing it for about 2 years.

My endocrinologist has me wearing a CGM again. The first time I wore one, all my readings were "LOW" and they said countercheck and log them with my BGM. That also reads LOW because it's under 50.

The same thing is happening this time. I have my data automatically sending to my doctor's office. They called and said every reading the last 30 days was just LOW. They are correct but...that's kinda the point.

Has anyone found a way for getting readings under 50 when at home? Obviously normal people would be at the hospital but given this is my normal, that's not advised by my endo because it would take up space and time in the ER that I actually don't need. I've only ever seen blood tests show me less than 50.

Bodies are weird.
