The Rules & The Catch:
BYOL (Bring Your Own Linen): Bed, mattress, and sofa provided, but you must bring your own bedsheets, blankets, towels, and toiletries.
Daily Upkeep: Basic cleaning provisions (broom, mop, dish soap) are provided for self-use. You must drop your own garbage in the ground-floor trash bin daily.
Occupancy: Maximum 2 people. Strict non-smokers only.
Verification & Deposit:
₹10,000 fully refundable security deposit.
Mandatory verification: Official corporate email ping + Corporate Work ID + [Aadhaar Redacted] or other Govt ID copy.
