Looking for a roommate @ UCR – clean, social, night owl North 2

What’s good, I’m looking for a roommate and figured I’d throw this up here.

I’m pretty laid back and social, I like going out and yeah I do drink a good amount 🍻 but I keep my stuff together. I’m clean, responsible, and not trying to live in a mess.

My vibe:

  • Non-smoker (campus is smoke-free anyway)
  • Wake up: usually after 9 AM
  • Sleep: late, like after midnight most nights
  • Super clean — I like the place really neat
  • Music: mostly EDM but I’ll play whatever

Looking for someone who:

  • Is also clean or at least respects the space
  • Is chill and not weird about having people over sometimes
  • Down to be social but also handle their business
  • Night owl is a plus

I’m cool with both guys and girls, just be respectful and easy to live with.
