When is Fadila [Best] time for Asr prayer? And when do you pray its nafila?

Assalamu Alaykum,

I am still confused on whether the Fadila [Best] time of Asr is right after Dhuhr prayer, or is it at Asr time? I have an app "Taqalyn" show me that Fadila time of Asr ends before Asr time? Is it a mistake or not? I've seen some say that the best time for Asr is after Dhur, and some say that the best time is at Asr time, and I am still confused by this!

I also am not sure whether you can pray the Nafila of Asr, right after praying Dhuhr? Or do you need for Asr time to have come?

What about Isha? Is the best time after maghrib prayer or is the best time at Isha time? And what about Isha nafila [That you pray sitting], does it need to be performed after Isha time has come, or can you pray it after pray Isha time even though Isha time hasn't come yet?

'Arafa day is coming, and I don't know if it's best to pray Dhuhr and Asr one after one, or is it better to pray each one at their specific time!

How do I learn about investing?

Salam brothers & sisters. I am still unemployed but I still see posts here from time to time, and to be honest with you, I have no idea what you guys are talking about most of the time. Do you recommend a course that starts with the basics and builds up from there?

Jazzakum Allah khayran!

Just a reminder: Today may be 25th Dhul Qaada for some of you.

I've learned recently that this day is one of the blessed days and one of the 4 most recommended voluntary fasts of the year [If anyone knows the other 3 please let me know, I guess Arafa and two others].

Is anyone planning to fast on this special day? And what are the A'mal you plan on doing?
I've coincidentally found out about it in Duas.org,
""Dahwul Ardh" -spreading of earth ,the day when Allah(swt) transformed the Earth into a planet that could sustain advanced life with all its blessings"

Is this a Hadith from Imam Ali (A.S)?

Someone shared this on a story, but I am in a Sunni country with almost no Shia presence:

"أفعل الخير، وليقع حيث يقع، فإن وقع في أهله فهم أهله، وإن وقع في غير أهله فأنت أهله."

— الإمام علي بن أبي طالب

Translation:

"Do good, and let it fall wherever it may. If it falls upon its deserving people, then they are its people. And if it falls upon other than its deserving people, then you are its (most deserving) people."

— Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib
