Launch day for Nightfarer Ledger: almost everything I wanted for Nightreign, in one free site

Some of you already used this site on its old address. Today it gets its own home, with almost everything I wanted to build for Nightreign:

https://nightfarerledger.com

Old links still work, and if you had an account, your runs are still there.

What started as "I just want to keep my runs" got completely out of hand. Quick tour, because there's a lot.

**The Nightmap**

You're still in the air. Pick the Nightlord and the Shifting Earth, tap one or two things you see on the ground, and it finds your map among the 520 patterns. Before you even land, you know both night bosses, the special event (when it starts, where it is, what it gives you), who's waiting in the Castle, in the basement and on the roof, and where the chests and merchants are. Turn on Evergaol bosses, buried treasure and Stonesword Keys if you want more. When a day ends, it switches to the boss that's coming and shows what it's weak to.

**Your relics, and sharing them for real**

You know the moment a friend asks "What's your build?" and you send a blurry photo of your TV. This fixes that.

Take one screenshot of Relic Rites. The site reads the whole chalice, every relic, effect and curse, and adds up what it actually gives you. My Revenant runs Improved Bestial Incantations three times, and the site shows how they stack: +40.5% on those spells. It also warns you when two effects don't stack.

Tap the little (i) next to any effect and it tells you what it really does. The Beast Claw one, for example: her starting seal casts Beast Claw instead of Rejection, the claws send 5 shockwaves along the ground, 13 FP a cast. No more guessing what a line of relic text means.

And it tells you how rare each relic is. One of mine, a Deep Grand Drizzly Scene, is a 1 in 12 million roll from a Deep Scenic Flatstone. That's about 21 billion Murk. The whole chalice would be around 40 billion. I'm never selling these.

Then you send a link instead of a photo. Paste it on Discord and the preview is a picture of your Nightfarer with the chalice and every relic in its slot. Your friend opens it and gets the whole build, with every effect explained in plain numbers. One click and it's in their own chalices.

You can also make a relic from scratch, see if it can really drop, and see your odds of getting it.

**Your runs**

The game only keeps your last 100. I have 274 saved since July. Drop a screenshot of the Expedition Results screen, the site reads it right in your browser, you check it, done. You get your whole history, with the Nightlord, the team and the rating change of every run.

Then the stats, and this is where it gets personal. My Deep of Night rating as a curve (peak 5250), a forecast for my next runs (84% chance to get back to depth 4 within 10 runs), and a page that just tells me the truth:

- My nemesis is Everdark Libra: beaten 2 times out of 11.

- My favourite prey is Maris: 11 out of 11.

- Artorias stopped me 3 times out of 4 on Day 2.

- I win 67% of my runs with Wylder and only 46% with Revenant. Yes, the one wearing the 40 billion Murk chalice.

- With a Guardian in the team, I win 68% of the time.

And then there's Dreglord. 32 runs, 18 of them over before I even reached him, and he has cost me 6,050 points in total. We don't talk about Dreglord.

**The Codex**

121 bosses, with their health for solo, duo and trio, in normal runs and at every depth. The Ancient Dragon at depth 5 has 41,625 HP in trio and hits 3.57 times harder than in a normal run. Plus every Nightlord, Nightfarer and item, with most numbers straight from the game files.

All of it is free, no ads, in 15 languages. You only need an account to keep your runs and your chalices, and to make a link.

And the "almost": a damage calculator for your Nightfarer, your weapon and your relics. I won't open it until every number matches the game, so I need a few testers. You do short tests in the Sparring Grounds and type the number you see. If you want to help, sign in, open https://nightfarerledger.com/armory/test and leave the name shown at the top right of the site in a comment (or DM me).

Bugs, ideas, wrong numbers: tell me here, I read everything.

I'm building a relic tool for Nightreign: read your relics from a screenshot, make the relic you dream of, and see what every effect really does

Hi! I've been working on a free fan site for Nightreign (no ads), and the next big part is relics. It's still in testing, but here's a first look.

Import your relics. Take screenshots of the Relic Rites screen and drop them in. It reads your relics and your whole chalice, right in your browser. Works with PS5 or Steam screenshots (4K or 1440p, game in English or French). On PlayStation it can also pick them up from the app gallery if auto-upload is on.

Make the relic you dream of. Build any relic with the game's real rules. It tells you if it can actually drop, how rare it is, and roughly how much Murk it would take to get it.

See what every effect really does. "Improved Damage Negation at Low HP" = damage taken −16% below 40% HP. Curses too: "All Resistances Down" = −80 to every ailment resistance. The numbers come from the game files, and what you lose is shown in blue, like in the game.

Keep and share your chalices as a picture or a link.

Next: an Armory and a damage calculator that use your chalice. Pick a weapon or a seal and see the real hit numbers with your relics . I'm checking every number in game myself before it goes live, so it'll take a bit.

What would you want from a tool like this?

The game only keeps your last 100 expeditions. I built a free tool that keeps all of them

I've been playing Elden Ring Nightreign a lot since it came out, probably more than I should admit. And something kept annoying me: the game only keeps your last 100 runs. Once you go past that it just deletes the oldest ones, no warning, nothing. So there's no way to actually see how you've improved over weeks of playing, which run had what team, none of it.

So a few weeks ago I decided to just build it myself.

It's called Nightfarer Ledger. You drop a screenshot of your results screen and it reads it and keeps the history forever, rating curve, win rate per boss, per character, all of it.

The part I actually care about is that there's zero AI in the whole thing. It reads the screen by comparing pixels against real crops from the actual game UI, and if it's not confident about something it just tells you instead of guessing. Building it that way took way longer than just calling an API would have, but I didn't want it silently getting things wrong.

There's this one detail in the game where "Final Day" prints the exact same text whether you killed the boss or died to it, the only difference is a small flame icon between the words that most people never even notice. The tool reads that too.

It's live now, it's free, no ads or anything, and honestly this is the first real project I've built end to end and actually put out there for people to use. Had a few hundred people try it out in the first week, which I did not expect.

The game only keeps your last 100 expeditions. I built a free tool that keeps all of them

Hey Nightfarers,

I've been playing Nightreign since launch and I love this game more than is probably reasonable. But something has been eating at me for months: the expedition list only holds 100 runs. Every run after that quietly pushes an older one out, and it's gone. No history, no progression, no way to look back at where you were fifty hours ago. The Visual Codex gives you totals and nothing per run.

I wanted to see my own curve. My Deep of Night rating over time, my clear rate per Nightlord, which Nightfarers I actually win with instead of the ones I just like. Nothing existed. So I built it.

https://nightreign.mohamedmelekchtourou.com

You drop screenshots of your Expedition Results screen — as many at once as you like — it reads the eight rows of each, you confirm anything it wasn't sure about, and it keeps them forever. English and French screens both read.

Two things I'm stupidly proud of:

It reads the little grace flame. "Final Day" is printed identically whether you killed the Nightlord or died to him — only that tiny golden grace burning between the two words tells them apart, and the game's own list doesn't distinguish them. This does.

It never guesses. Every cell either answers from the actual pixels or says "I'm not sure" and hands it to you. Nothing is ever written to your history without you confirming it. I'd rather ask you ten questions than save one wrong timestamp.

On PS5 there's an optional shortcut. A hundred expeditions is thirteen 4K screenshots, and moving those off a console by hand is miserable — so the site can read your own Nightreign captures straight out of PlayStation's cloud gallery instead. Please know what it costs before you use it: it needs an NPSSO token, that token reaches your whole PlayStation account, Sony publishes nothing narrower, and it's an unofficial route that the PSN terms don't allow — your account is the one that answers for that, not mine. The site says all of this on the screen that asks, keeps the token in your browser and never on the server, and the source is open so you can read exactly what it does. If that's not for you, skip it entirely and drag the files in — same result.

Some things that matter to me:

Your screenshots never leave your machine — the reading happens in your browser, and the server only ever receives the rows you confirmed. It's free, no ads, nothing behind a paywall, nothing to sell you. Sign in with Discord, Google, or just an email link. It installs to your phone or desktop if you want it to.

There's also a second tool that needs no account: a map narrower. Mark what you can see from the air and it tells you which of the 520 fixed layouts you're in — both night bosses and where they close, the Castle's garrison, every Evergaol's occupant, and which of three trees the Rotted Woods hides its Rot Blessing in. That one stands on the community catalogue from nightreign-seed-finder.com, compiled and verified by Artimuz, with thefifthmatt and kevins78 credited on the page. I wrote to Artimuz before assuming anything and he kindly gave his blessing — the hard part of that work is his.

Honestly: this is the first thing I've ever built and shared with anyone. I'm a solo dev in Tunis and I made it because I wanted it to exist, not because I had a plan. So if you hit a bug, if something reads wrong, if you want something it doesn't do yet — tell me. I'll be in the comments all day and I'll actually fix things.

Thanks for reading. See you in Limveld.
