So my specs are rtx 3070 i9-9900k 16gigs of ddr4 ram and k have a Aio cooler for the cpu but my problem is my fps in r6 seige won’t go over 100 i have no limiters and my cpu usage won’t go over 20 but my gpu will go from 80s to 90s and i know seige is a cpu heavy game idk why its like this and yes I have XMP on can anyone help me?
