I was just shopping in Nordstrom and a sales associate nailed the back of my heal with a rolling clothing rack. (Think when a grocery cart does this but way heavier). I was with my baby and in mom mode, I panicked and I just limped away. The sales lady saw me jump/limp off but didn’t say anything and honestly I was so shocked I didn’t either. I found my spouse and she came back by me a few minutes later and when she saw me she turned quickly down an aisle. I now have a pretty substantial bruise. I’m not looking to do anything crazy it just really bothers me that she didn’t say anything. Do I move on or should I email or something else? I’m not trying to be a Karen at all so that’s partially why I’m posting here for a third party opinion.

Okay I need advice. I got a really cute high end upholstered rocker from market place for a great deal. It appeared clean with no issues but I did the green machine because of bringing used upholstery into my home. The first pass was shockingly brown. Like dark brown. This is a light chair with no visible soiling. So I did two more passes one with folex before. The third round was better but still light brown. I’m scared if I keep going I’m going to hurt the fabric and make it pill. Does anyone have any advice?? I don’t know where to go from here but I want to use it in a newborns room so it needs to be clean!
