I’m trying to remember if I had some use for it somehow but I don’t need it as an accessibility feature. Thank you

My grandma read this a few years ago and has been trying to find it again for weeks, but I can’t get an answer no matter where I look. She asked Sharyn Mccrumb herself at a local parade and even she didn’t know lol. Does anyone know which it is, if it exists? I’d like to get it for her.

Thank you

Replaying the game right now and I just finished the wedding in hearts of stone. I say fuck The Canon, after that my geralt simply moves his ass to Oxenfurt and retires with Shani; Yen, Triss, vampires, the wild hunt be damned. My Geralt has found his happy ending and she has red hair

Just finished it last night and I’m floored. At this point in my life I thought I’d read all of King’s works that would really grab me but Duma Key blew my mind. I was hooked by “sit in the friend. The buddy!” And it only got better from there. Edgar’s recovery, his friendship with Wireman, and the philosophical nature of the book really struck a chord with me. The dark tower references were great too, I’m sure everyone knows them by now (dada chum, dada chee , Nan Melda lost two fingers by the sea) but I was not expecting Wireman to remind me so much of Eddie nor when he turned full gunslinger on the gator and the heron. I probably should’ve expected it but I was absolutely sure Edgar was going to go to the ship with fake Ilse at the end and it really surprised me when he didn’t.

Overall, I’d put it at the top of “King books that surprised me by how good they are despite reading his works for years” right above Billy Summers. I think I’d put it right below wizard and glass, my favorite book ever, on my top 10
