access news, libraries, settings, etc by pressing/moving down

Few days back I reinstalled PoE2 and when logging in the game I would see a character that is not mine and shortly after I would get kicked out saying another person logged into this account. So I contacted support about it, and I'm not sure they fixed the issue but at least now I can play.

Now I realize that people have been playing on my account; there were purchases I didn't make, characters I didn't make, my stash is full of items I didn't put there and I have over 3 billion gold??? None of that is me. It's like people have been sharing my account, somehow.

I'm suspecting Geforce Now might have something to do with this since I did log in on there.

Is this a known issue? What should I do about this?
