Another AI/Paraplanner question - Will the need for outsourced paraplanners decrease with AI?

I am at a cross roads on whether to seriously consider a career change

We can't ignore AI, it is seriously adapting. And although I don't think all paraplanners will disappear (as we are more than just report writers), I can't see new paraplanning roles becoming available if admin and report writing can be done by AI.

I work for an outsourced paraplanning firm and we are busy however, our boss seems to believe that within 5 years time 50% of paraplanning roles will disappear.

The same boss said however that it is good for outsourced paraplanners as these types of firms can "whip up" those paraplanners and essentially create a resource for advisers.

I have no idea what to think and I am confused on whether to secure a paraplanning role within an advisory firm, stay in outsourced or try something completely new if AI really is that much of a threat.

I would be so grateful on anyone's input of thoughts on the matter.

I've found an amazing ladies only skate group and I highly recommend any teachers/instructors to set one up too!

Absolutely no hate for my fellow male skaters however I have found this incredible ladies only skate group and it has changed my life (really!)

I was so nervous starting out skating and I found the skateparks to be quite intimidating and even though they paid no mind to me, I often felt uncomfortable with a load of lads being there on BMX bikes, scooters etc.

I found this ladies only group in my town and they book out 2 hours in an indoor skatepark and they teach both beginners (like me) and are on hand to support the more advanced ladies/girls.

The atmosphere is incredible, it is calm, chilled and no pressure at all and you can tell that us ladies just really appreciate having that space for a couple of hours.

So I just wanted to say if there are any teachers or instructors on here and you aren't running a ladies session then please consider it! It is honestly amazing and it is eye opening how many women turn up

Because I am excited for the last episodes - what do we think is going to happen with Vax?

To note, I have seen Campaign 1, however I will pretend I haven't in order to make the conversation inclusive.

So:

The Blight
What is the endgame here? Why would the Matron impose such a disease on someone who has her devotion? Is it simply to punish and kill him, or does this serve a greater purpose?

The Whispered One / Deliah

They were intrigued that the Matron had a new Champion. Perhaps her last champion (Purvon) played a role in defeating the Whispered One before.

In addition, it is interesting that Delilah had no interest in Percy and instead sought to tempt Vax with a deal.

The Flower

Do we really think the flower that Keyleth is nurturing will work? Or will it have to be used in a different capacity?

What do you all think?

My thoughts for what to expect in final 3 epsiodes (don't read if you haven't seen the campaign!)

I've just watched episodes 7-9 and my thoughts going into the final batch are:

Grog isn't dead. In comparison to the other people that were totally obliterated by the orb he was still 'somewhat' intact. I reckon Pike will find him and heal him, therefore completing her character arc of overcoming hatred.

The other reason I feel he isnt dead is that it would be a really weird time for Grog to die. He is there fighting Vecna/Whispered One in the Campaign and to have him out of action would be weird. I don't want too much time given to him being resurrected either. He didn't die at this point in the campaign so I hope they have a quick resolution.

That said, Grog dying may take away the significance of Vax dying.

I feel like Vax needs to die at the end of the season, and in a significant way. This would mean S5 would include him coming back as a revenant and the rest of VM pursuing the gods to take down Vecna.

I will be really surprised if Vax doesn't die given how much significance has been placed on him.

I'm not focusing on tricks at the moment, I am just practising zooming up and down this long path behind my house. I want to get really acquainted with the board.

I have seen so much improvement and I am proud of myself however...I can't seem to turn my bloody front foot in!!

It always points straight and I find the adjustment really difficult

Does anyone have any tips that I could try to correct this?

Thank you.
