So I have been running my TT account pretty consistently over the last couple of years. I found a format that worked for promoting my songs and I would get a decent amount of views. Last month, I uploaded a slideshow video with text but it got an error message and didn't upload the text. So I deleted and reedited it and it still had an error. Finally after the third try it uploaded.

However, not only did that video get 0 views (I mean actually 0, not just low) but now EVERY video I post on that account get's 0 views.

I even did a test on my alt where I posted the exact same video, 2 minutes apart, and on the alt account it over 30k plays. On my main account it's at 31 views after 2 weeks.

I did everything I supposed to. No violations, I reached out to support and they told me there is no issue (a lie), and I removed the original video. But still, nothing.

I even waited a week and didn't post anything and just posted today and STILL sitting at 0 views.

IDK what to do, has anyone else ran into this? If so, how long did it take before being resolved?

So after exhausting every other marketing channel, I've finally decided to start testing paid promotion/ads to see what the results look like.

However, the music I make (Jungle) isn't a listed option within Instagram targeting. I can target Drum and Bass, which is the closest, but it's still pretty different than that.

Is there a way to better target? Or do I just have to run it with a metric as close as possible, and then retarget people that interacted with it before on a new ad?

If it's the latter, how exactly do I do that within Instagram? Do I have to install a pixel and then upload the data instead, or does Instagram allow for a built in retargeting option to people that engaged on a previous ad?
