Going to Thailand next week. Are these two cards enough, or do I need cash?

I’m heading out on my first international trip to Thailand next week. Here is my current financial plan:
Scapia Card: For swipe/tap transactions (zero forex markup).
IndusInd Pioneer Debit Card: For ATM withdrawals (zero forex markup, just the standard 220 THB Thai ATM fee).
I think withdrawing cash directly in Thailand will yield a better rate than buying THB in India. Do you think this card combo is enough, or should I still carry physical cash?
