Hair color help!!

I need honest opinions on what I should do with my hair 😭
This is my hair currently: dark brunette with warm copper/red balayage pieces and long layers. My natural hair is very dark brown and my eyes are light brown. I love the coppery red tone in my hair just because it’s something different and I’ve never done anything “adventurous” with my hair before. I went to someone new and I feel like my hair is kinda choppy and chunky (color wise), so i definitely get to get it blended better. I have gotten compliments that the red brings out my eyes more and my eyes are my best feature in my opinion. I just feel lost and like I’m going through an identity crisis rn and need change (even minor)!!

Be brutally honest, what would suit me best?

What do I do with my life?

I’m 24F (almost 25) and feeling really lost/conflicted about my career path right now. I currently work in healthcare administration/executive assistant type roles, and while I’m grateful to have stable experience and a degree, I honestly don’t know if office life is for me long term.

Sitting at a desk all day has started affecting me mentally and physically. I feel drained, uninspired, inactive, and honestly kind of depressed in traditional office environments. I’ve realized I’m much more drawn to creative, people-focused, energetic careers and lifestyles. I’m constantly jealous of people working in fashion, photography, beauty, sports, branding, social media, styling, etc. — careers that seem more dynamic and exciting.

At the same time, I don’t necessarily want to completely “start over” or throw away the professional experience I already have. I’ve considered esthetician school because I’m very interested in beauty/wellness/aesthetics, but I’m also considering pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Sports Management or HR because I still want long-term career growth and financial stability.

For context:

* BS in Public Health

* Experience in hospital administration/executive assistant work

* Interested in beauty, wellness, sports, branding, fashion, and creative industries

* Want more movement, creativity, and fulfillment in my day-to-day work

* Don’t want to make a reckless decision, but also don’t want to wake up miserable in an office forever

Has anyone here pivoted from a more traditional/corporate path into something more creative or people-focused? Or pursued an MBA while still figuring things out? I’d really appreciate honest advice because I feel stuck between practicality and wanting a life that actually excites me.
