Crew Trainer Meeting (USA)

So I’m a fairly new DM. I’ve got the schedules, recognition, and times down, but I’m struggling with coming up with topics to keep my Crew Trainers and PLX engaged.
Before I took this position they had no structure or meetings. Kind of would find out they were training someone at the same time the new person met them.
My team of Crew Trainers and PLX are amazing, but we’re all still learning and adjusting to these changes especially monthly meetings. I go over wins, areas of opportunity, and upcoming stuff for the restaurant. At the end I also ask an open ended question for all to respond to and create a conversation, but it doesn’t read over well. For example in January I asked what their personal goal was as a leader in the restaurant and they all just copied each other’s one worded answers.
I feel like a lot of it is that they all work different shifts and speak to each other casually, but don’t feel like a team.
I’m seeking advice on how to get them engaged and excited again especially as we roll into summer. I was really leaning into games that could teach communication and teamwork. I would like to know if anyone here does something similar and how you tie it to the job.
Thank you!

[TOMT] Movie where an ex social media couple ends up as AI

This movie might’ve been in Spanish or English. I can’t remember well but here’s the storyline I do remember.

It starts off with this girl. She is on social media living the single life, but she’s lonely off camera. She had originally built an online personality with her now ex together with a couple channel. (Like a family channel, but just the two of them I guess)

She starts receiving texts and calls from people asking if she has seen or spoken to her ex. (I want to say either one of their names is Alex, but this might be wrong) She begins to worry and logs into his socials and bank account, just whatever info she has and finds another women. Not romantic partner, but she believes it is and gets jealous. She then joins an AI platform where she can “talk” to someone a character she creates so that she doesn’t feel lonely.

Towards the end she discovers her ex was actually a part of this underground group trying to take down a whole AI(?) corporation. Which is part of the reason they broke up. He felt she was too deep in to ever leave social media. He told her everything he knew and she didn’t really believe him and thought he was crazy. In the end he gets killed by the corporation and he gets turned into the main character AI they use on billboards and stuff to promote the website. Which angers her, but ultimately she creates an account again and chooses him as her “person” to talk to.

I swear it was a movie, but honestly could’ve been a black mirror episode. Although I haven’t been able to find it, I hope someone out there can figure it out. Thank you!
