So when I mew, my tongue get into the position an all and everything is fine but after some time, bcz my right side palate is higher than left, the toungue exerts pressure on left side which is already developed and when I try to somehow exert pressure on right side I feel like I am making that side become more higher

Can u guys give any advice about how I can mew evenly on both palates in this case ?
