JPIA or ASC

incoming first year here. how many will qualify for bsa in ust?
is it limited to a number of students or do all qualify if their grade is above the minimum

I passed both DLSU and UST. In DLSU I got Accounting Management but I'm planning to shift to BSA, while in UST I'd go straight into BSA. I'm torn between the two options.
