Upgrading my trusty XL2546 240hz, which do you think will fit me better.
With the announcement of their new XQ lineup, and future 750hz+ 1080p coming next year? I am pondering upgrading, my main game is cs2 but I play decent bit of apex as well at about a 75/25 split, I have tried a OLED 360hz from a friend and while it looks amazing for everything else my old monitor is still noticeably better for cs2 and also the ghosting in kovaaks were pretty poor.
Pros for XQ:
Apex will look a lot better
Everything else will also look better but not nearly as good as OLED
Dyac3 sooner
Cons:
Lower frames in general, and cs2 will look worse in 1080p so likely will play native res.
Slightly higher end to end latency of about 1.5ms
Pros for future 1080p one:
750hz+
1080p in cs2 will look better
higher frames overall
lower latency
Cons:
Everything but cs2 will look worse
Have to wait until start of 2027
