How to get puppy to nap through normal household noise?

I have a 13-week-old puppy who I've had for about a month. She sleeps great in her crate at night and naps well in it during the day too. The issue is that daytime naps only happen if the house is completely silent.

For naps, I put her crate in our bedroom with a breathable blanket over it, the lights off, AC on, and a safe teething toy. I always make sure she's gone potty, eaten, and had water beforehand, so all of her basic needs are met. If it's quiet, she'll settle within a few minutes and sleep just fine.

The problem is that the second I make any noise, like getting up from the couch, opening the fridge, or walking around, she starts barking. If I stay quiet, she settles after a couple of minutes and goes back to sleep.

I don't want her to get used to everyone tiptoeing around the house because that's not realistic long term, but being quiet seems to be the only way she'll get a good nap.

I've noticed she gets overtired pretty easily. When she misses naps, the biting gets much worse and she'll start biting me, the furniture, and basically anything she can get her mouth on.

I've read through the crate training wiki, but most of what I found was about getting puppies comfortable in the crate. My issue is more that she's waking up and barking whenever she hears normal household noises during daytime naps.

Also, if she barks for more than a few minutes and doesn't seem to be settling, I take her out. I don't let her bark endlessly because I don't want her getting distressed.

Has anyone dealt with this? Is it something she'll grow out of or should I be doing something now to help her get used to normal household noise while she's napping?

Controlling rage and anger against partner

This is a bit vulnerable and embarrassing to share because it's something I carry a lot of shame around, but during my luteal phase, I feel so much rage and anger. Because I live with my partner, I often end up taking it out on him. Every little thing he does will send me fuming, even as little as forgetting to do dishes or playing music too loud.

He's the sweetest person ever and incredibly understanding of my hormones and PMDD. I've explained to him that I genuinely feel like a monster whose body has been taken over, and all I can see is red. Once I'm out of my luteal phase, I'm able to calm down and think clearly again, and I always feel so much guilt and regret afterward.

He's good at not engaging because he knows I'll eventually get to that post-PMDD stage where I can recognize what's happening and apologize, but I don't want to keep treating him this way. I don't know how to fix it other than avoiding him altogether, so I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar experience.

Please, please, please be kind. I know this isn't how I should be acting in a loving relationship, which is why I'm trying to seek help and find ways to manage it better.
