As per the title, I’m looking for mountaineers in Singapore. I’m local and want to learn more about climbing and mountaineering, but it’s pretty difficult to do so in South East Asia. Any tips? Where would be the cheapest region to travel for climbing and perhaps courses too?
Edit: I’m a beginner with, I think, good fitness (30-40km a week). I’ve done a few hikes but nothing multi day nor high altitude

As per the title, LF buddies to go climbing 5000m peaks in China, it's not rily commercialised and kinda remote so I would prefer someone who speaks mandarin (I cannot speak Chinese). Hello, I am interested in peak climbing in Nepal, which operators would yall suggest?
I’m visiting mid June and wld like to know if there are any hard hikes with high altitude amazing views that do not require mountaineering skills, I’d say about a 2hour drive radius frm Queenstown. Thanks! (Less than 12 hours of hiking including return). I’m looking for those alpine feel hikes, not too sure if there’s much in the area
Oh and, for Ben lomond summit, is it doable in mid June? I’m bringing hiking poles and microspikes, wld that allow me to reach the summit?
