Schools in Arunachal these days

When we were young , the usual school curriculum was focusing just on the academics , these days there are international schools in Itanagar where they offer foreign trips for UKG , class 2,3 students. They don’t follow CBSE syllabus (correct me if I am wrong ) .I understand exposure will open up your kids mind , with lots of co - curricular activities there is personality development too. We sending our kids to such hi-fi schools and preparing them in global standards but are we really going to send our children to compete globally and are they capable after being students of an international school ? Are they going to ivy league colleges , Harvard , Stanford etc .

I see lot of my friends even from middle class background who had studied in renowned boarding schools of India but somehow they are all working for the state government. Some of them are really brilliant and have the potential to achieve a lot in the private sector.
What my point is that are you parents willing to send away your children if they have good opportunities in the private sector or say abroad but what i am seeing is you always want your children to somehow land a slow govt job in the state after spending lakhs in their secondary education and college too.

Is it wrong for a man in Arunachal to be gentle and sensitive ?

So folks after I met my wife I think i have become quite soft - hearted as a person . She is great and all but people often question my sexuality- aap gay hai kya ? , aap sachme larka hai kya ? My chat is filled with these remarks . Obviously I am a middle aged man and it doesn’t affect me . Just want to understand the psychology behind it .

Expecting more participation from the coolest gen Z s of the state in this prompt .

Looking for expert opinion

Minister log to jada tar uneducated hota hai lekin administration wala aur officer log to para Likha hai na .Many people feel that some ministers lack expertise and are affected by corruption, whereas civil servants are selected through rigorous examinations and are expected to use their education and training to serve and guide the public.
Aur mera bhi sawal yahi hai are officers in India really serving the public ?

What happens once you become successful officers in Arunachal ?

I have been wondering for sometime ki exam se pehle every aspirant and even during interviews all of them talk about doing big things for the society lekin exam ke baad to success party dekr sob gayab . Itna buk hartaal kiya , protest , marches kiya lekin Naukri milke to wo log bi idhar udar hath Marne ka sochta hai . MLA ka best friend Banta hai . Koi engineer log Naukri milke ek saal baad me crore daam ka jameen Kridta hai . Matlab accha accha sincere officers bhi hai aur sabko nai bolrai . Prove me that I am wrong . I will be the happiest 🙂

# ST bachao/ offspring issue

My cousin married a haring , I won’t lie but I see her the happiest married cousin compared to all the other cousins who married APST men including my mother . I am also a polygamy victim and have gone through enough mental harrasment but still feel sadder for my Aney. And sadly there are many who have gone through the same situation like me .I genuinely think some APST men here have good critical thinking skills ,so kindly go through this conversation of mine with AI and share your opinion kyuki me bhi ek beti ka baap hu and who knows she might fall in love with a haring in future . Mera ek beta bhi hai to future me esa nai hona hai ki uska zameen chin jaye meri beti ke chakkr me and vice versa 😅

………………………….
If a policy is seen as protecting the community but operates mainly by restricting women more than men, it can create resentment and resistance over time. People are often more willing to support community-preservation measures when they are applied equally.

Many sociologists and legal scholars have observed that when communities face external pressures—such as migration, globalization, or cultural change—there can be a tendency to place a disproportionate burden on women’s choices, especially regarding marriage. This happens because women are often viewed as symbolic carriers of culture, identity, and lineage. Critics argue that this can shift the focus from protecting the community to regulating women’s autonomy.

At the same time, some members of indigenous communities worry that cultural dilution and loss of land are real threats. Their concerns are not necessarily rooted in misogyny, but the specific solutions proposed can still be criticized if they place unequal restrictions on women.

So the debate is often not “protect the community” versus “women’s rights.” It is more often about how to protect the community without creating unequal rights for men and women.
