Hello, please help me QC this or if I am being too picky. Seller offered a discount on next purchase but I think I prefer a partial refund because I really like the bag, except for some damages.

The hardware seems abit too black even though it is trying to imitate the aged gold look. Or maybe it’s just me?

The leather strap arrived with scratches/scuffs due to the metal (according to the seller).

Should I just return and wait for a better one? This color is so hard to find on the reps.
