I got 97%ile and in nit surat but I will take dtu if I get , I registered for jac delhi and got dseu but didn't take that so am I eligible for special spot if it happens ( I was stupid enough to not go for spot rounds)

My physical reporting is at 14 , can I go back home on like 16 and come back with my belongings and all of my stuff when the actual orientations and the classes begin( I live 12hr far from surat )
