Fun little project.
I had an old bellows that got ruined in the rain, so I wanted to try to fix it. I think it turned out pretty well. I definitely should've tried to drill pilot holes for the tacks.

Got this at a gov auction for $600, was labeled as not tested, so I figured even if it needed a couple hundred in parts it was still worth the savings of a new one for over $7k. Turns out it just needed the auto stop button to be tightened and a ground to be attached.
Started clearing some of my neighbors driveways especially after a good snowfall.
Using a front mounted 48 inch blower on a Bobcat 1025 compact tractor.
New video of my Bad Boy 5055s in action. Tractors aren't the best in tight spaces but I got the hang of it after a bit.
