Advice please grabe ang sakit
I started working out sa AF malapit kasi sa apartment ko
First day is all in the arms and a little bit on the back, low weight pero high reps ako for starters
pagkatapos ko mag workout my arms looked a bit larger and rigid (matigas) then umuwi ako
the next day grabe ang sakit ng dalawa ko na kamay it is full of cramps and I can barely lift my arms to the point where I struggle with just trying wear or remove a shirt. My right arm (bicep and forearm) is literally stuck in a 45 degree angle lmfaooo
Anyways is there any advice for this or is it normal? consistent naman ang mga diet ko like chicken, rice, veggies, etc.... and also worth noting that I take walks sometimes during nights so also asking if walking is affecting my cramps on my arms
