Fielded this for the first time today, great gun. It’s extremely accurate, I can get up to about 50 meters however that’s the max, I’ve seen people claim they can reach up to 70 meters on a flat flight, what upgrades to people make to achieve this?
The mags do really hold this gun back, a 75 round AEG mag for £15 is a joke when you can get M4 mags with a capacity of 225 rounds for £30
Hello everyone, I’ve just bought my first AAP01 and want to upgrade it to a carbine, I’ve never worked on an Airsoft gun before but I’ve heard this is a great starting gun.
I know there are so many aspects you can upgrade but I do really want to keep it simple so I don’t mess up any components. I’ve already got a HPA airtac mag to M4 adaptor, i know these are heavily frowned upon however this build isn’t for realism.
Upgrades:
Kraken TDC modular hop up chamber (ultimate kit)
Morpheus dual bore 250mm barrel
Silencer to cover barrel and stabilise it
Stock / body kit
Ideally trying to increase the accuracy and range of the gun first and then improve the trigger response. I know everyone says to upgrade the hammer set however Im not going to abuse full auto so hopefully the current hammer could last for a few games.
Are these first upgrades easily doable to get me going and have I picked some good options? I’d appreciate any feedback from my AAP01 bro’s!
