This is just so annoying! I sold a dress new with tags on Vinted, the buyer opened a claim saying the dress was SNAD because it didn’t fit her like she wanted. I escalated the claim to Vinted support because this was a claim based on fit.
Long story short, Vinted took more than a month and still no resolution so I decided to simply ask for a return because at this point, I just want my new dress back.
I selected the option that the buyer has to pay for the return and she immediately sent me a message asking how I wanted to send her the money for the return. I told her the return cost is on her and that she has until July 3rd to send the dress back.
Well, now she replied what’s on the screenshot I posted
