I was prescribed 160 mg of trt per week. I am about 3 weeks in.
Context: I am 22. At peak when 19 I was 181 13 percent bf until I had a partial acl tear. This was 2 years of training, good diet, etc. I’m 6 ft.
I’m currently about 184 18 percent bf lost quite a bit of muscle lol, but I’m looking for a cycle that will help me get to 180-185 lb at 10-12 percent bf as quick as possible. So by early December!
I have a anavar but I’m not looking for strength idc just want the physique.
Please let me know the best compounds I can do to achieve this, remember I also have muscle memory helping me as well!
