Comprised account

I have a Citi card as my only payment source I use on Google pay. Last month I had a lot of random transactions fraudulently made that Citi credit card. I was contacted by Citibank about this and I told them I don't recognize them so no problem there they shipped me another card I cut up that one and then added the new Citi card. Now I had another suspicious transaction they declined it turns out they're using Google pay and when they looked at Citibank they showed I had two Google pay accounts which on their end they blocked the card on both of them canceled the card obviously.

I've been trying and looking around but I can't see any way to specifically protect Google pay from somebody else logging into it and using it like they're me. If I could set up a two-step verification for every transaction that'd be fine anything would be better than repeatedly having somebody steal whatever card is on my Google pay account

App no longer shows any payment info before posting

The app used to show when I have scheduled a payment or it would show a pending payment now it shows none of this when I make a payment I don't get a confirmation in the app or via email. I have no idea if it went through or not I call customer service and they can see it but they can't even tell me what date it was scheduled for even though I already know what date I scheduled it for. I don't know what happened but it's pretty annoying it makes me question whether I want to keep using their credit cards.
