Will be driving 4 others who will equal out to around 930lbs before luggage (which should be light). does the title seem reasonable if the car is rather new and weather is decent?

Have a cyst under my skin that comes and goes for past 1.5 months, recently caused a small bald spot with a recent flare up and unsure if I should bite the bullet and have a derm remove it but idk if that would be more damaging to the hair follicles in the long run, or if I should let it run its course normally and risk it flaring up again and causing another bald spot. Any advice is appreciated!
