I need to update my work pants. I prefer a straight leg with room for actual muscles and booty that has a neat hem for flats or (very) low heels - low ankle or some below. Preferably <$150. I was born in the 80s, I can’t do any of the overly wide, draping on the floor bit 😇 Recs?
I have a mild cam type FAI and small labral tear that I’m trying to address with PT. Got an appointment with Dr. Wolff next month. I’m honestly just tired of not having a solid direction to move in (should I go ahead and get the surgery, and if so, this year?) and feel like I’ve wasted several months of my health since I can’t load bear or move in the ways I want without flare-ups. Movement is my primary stress reliever and my mental health is holding on best it can I know I need to wait out PT ahead of seeing Wolff but every time I have an unexpected flare I get so ready to just have the surgery and want this all to be solved. No question, I guess, I’m just glad there’s a community of people who know what it’s like. I’m frustrated.
